Solace began inside a working lettings operation, not a pitch deck. We lived the Friday rent runs, the 7:42am boiler calls, the certificate that lapsed because it sat in someone’s inbox. Every fix on the market asked for the same thing: more software to learn, or more people to manage.
So we built the third option — a system that does the volume itself and a small UK team that makes the judgement calls, packaged so the agent stays the brand and keeps the relationship.
